Terms of Service
This is for project-to-project basis.
For full-time contract with a company, contract agreement will be made privately between Client and Gracia Angeline S.
Copyright
Client acknowledges that Gracia Angeline S. is the Author of the design(s) or image(s), and Gracia Angeline S. is allowed to promote their works in her portfolio/ resume.
Booking policy
Booking is confirmed only if Client has paid the deposit (50% of the project fee). If Client doesn’t pay for the deposit before the due date in the invoice, booking will be cancelled.
Gracia Angeline S. prioritize and accept bookings that has paid their deposit invoice.
Booking invoice that has not been paid can be cancelled anytime by Gracia Angeline S. if another client is interested and pay first.
Booking deposit is 100% refundable if notice is given 48+ hours before the project starts/ appointment. But deposit is non-refundable if notice is less than 48 hours.
Payment
Client has to pay booking deposit (50% of the total) before the due date. The rest of the payment must be sent before final deliverables.
Client is responsible for extra charges such as props, illustrator, videographer, or space.
Payment will be sent to Gracia Angeline S. through Interact E-transfer email which is attached in the invoice.
Cancellation policy
If project has started and Client would like to cancel it, only 20% of the project fee can be refunded. However, all transaction fee for products/ services/ accommodation that’s not from Contractor are Client’s responsibility.
If Gracia Angeline S. cancel the project due to her own personal reason, fee that has been made will be 100% refunded to the Client.
Other reasons for Gracia Angeline S. cancellation is stated inside other terms.
gracia angeline S. Property
Damage/ dirty or loss of Gracia Angeline S. property which are caused by Client, will be brought to the police if Client do not cooperate well.
Client must pay the fee according to the damage/ loss they made to Gracia Angeline S. property. Any property that Client borrows must be returned after the session.
Gracia Angeline S. is allowed to cancel the project when Client has made damage/ loss/ dirty her property and fee that has been made is non-refundable.
Delivery
Gracia Angeline S. will only give digital files. Final files will be shared in a link and kept by Contractor for 30 days. If Client lost the file after 30 days, Contractor will not be in charge to recover the files for Client.
Be respectful
Client must be respectful to Gracia Angeline S. and any crews who are working together. Gracia Angeline S. is allowed to cancel the project if Client do uncomfortable or disrespectful behaviors, and payment that has been made will be non-refundable.
Personal incident
Gracia Angeline S. will not be responsible in Client’s personal accident, loss or damage during the project.
